You can tell us what went well, and you can complain if something has not. This page says how.
Feedback
Email feedback to info@halewellclinic.com. Say what the message is about, and include a way for us to reply.
How to complain
Email info@halewellclinic.com and put Complaint in the subject. Tell us what happened, when it happened, and what you would like us to do. If the complaint is about a medicine or the pharmacy, you can ask for it to be seen by the superintendent pharmacist, Martin Catney, registration number 2057719.
What we will do
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days. We will look into it and reply within 20 working days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when you can expect a reply.
If you are not satisfied with a pharmacy matter
If the complaint is about the pharmacy and you are not satisfied with our reply, you can raise it with the General Pharmaceutical Council. You can check registration and find their contact details on the GPhC registers.
If you are not satisfied with clinical care
The regulator of the online consulting and prescribing service is not yet confirmed. When it is, this page will name that regulator and how to take a clinical complaint there.
Your information
If you are unhappy with how we handled your personal information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner Office at ico.org.uk.
