1. Tell us about your health

You join the waitlist and complete a short assessment covering your goals, medical history, and current medicines. Joining is free and does not commit you to treatment. Eligibility depends on that history, the medicines you already take, and the clinical assessment. Halewell is for adults in the UK who want clinician-led weight management. It may not be suitable if treatment would be unsafe for your medical history, and a clinician decides that after the assessment.

2. A UK-registered prescriber reviews your case

A UK-registered prescriber reviews your health information, circumstances, and goals. The clinician decides whether a medical weight management plan is appropriate. Treatment is prescribed only when it is clinically suitable. Some people are advised that treatment is not the right next step. A prescription is not guaranteed. When a plan may be suitable, the prescriber explains the available options, expected progress, and potential risks.

3. If a plan is suitable

If a medicine is prescribed, it is supplied by Halewell Clinic Limited at 15 Moss House, Moss Lane, Altrincham. Pharmacy GPhC registration is in progress, and no registration number is shown until it exists. Labelling and assembly are done by this pharmacy only. Delivery is in plain packaging, with cold-chain transit where the plan needs it.

4. Follow-up and support

Check-ins are part of the programme, so you can discuss progress, side effects, and possible changes with the care team. Follow-up is where you can ask what to watch for after a change, and what support continues with food, activity, and routines if treatment ends. Do not stop, switch, or restart a prescribed medicine because of this page. Talk to the clinician who prescribed it before you change the dose or stop. If you have not started, join the waitlist for a clinical review. Treatment is offered only if it is clinically appropriate.
