HaleWell Clinic

Terms and conditions

13 October 2026

These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and any request to join the HaleWell waitlist. By using the website, or by submitting a waitlist request, you agree to be bound by them.

Parties

This website, halewellclinic.com, is operated by Halewell Clinic Limited, of 15 Moss House, Moss Lane, Altrincham, United Kingdom. References to we, us and our mean Halewell Clinic Limited. Notices under these terms may be sent to info@halewellclinic.com.

Waitlist requests

A waitlist request is an invitation to us to contact you. It does not constitute a prescription, an offer of treatment, or a contract for the supply of a medicinal product. No consideration is payable for submitting a request. We are under no obligation to offer an assessment or treatment.

Clinical assessment

Any subsequent assessment is undertaken by a registered prescriber, who shall determine, in the exercise of professional judgement, whether treatment is clinically appropriate. Treatment shall be offered only where the prescriber considers it safe and suitable. Nothing in these terms obliges us, or any prescriber, to prescribe a medicine.

Supply of medicines

Where a medicine is prescribed, it shall be supplied by the pharmacy at 15 Moss House, Moss Lane, Altrincham. Registration of that pharmacy with the General Pharmaceutical Council is in progress. Labelling and assembly shall be undertaken solely by that pharmacy. The identity of the superintendent pharmacist, and the means of verifying registration status, are set out on the pharmacy information page.

Fees and cancellation

The fees payable, the services included, and the rights of cancellation shall be those notified when care is offered. We do not impose undisclosed charges or exit fees. A contract for care, or for the supply of a medicine, is formed only when you accept an offer which sets out those terms.

Delivery

Where a medicine is supplied, it shall be delivered in plain packaging. Where a medicine is required to be kept within a specified temperature range, reasonable arrangements shall be made to maintain appropriate conditions in transit. The delivery arrangements shall be confirmed at the time supply is offered.

Personal data

Our processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which should be read together with these terms.

Acceptable use

You shall use this website in accordance with applicable law. You shall not interfere with the website, disrupt its operation, or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected with it. The service is provided for adults. You must not submit personal data relating to a child.

Liability

We take reasonable care to ensure that information published on this website is accurate. That information is general guidance about the service. It does not constitute personal medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a clinical assessment. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to the foregoing, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer habitually resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

Variation

We may vary these terms by publishing an amended version on this page. The date shown above is the date of the version then in force. This version is dated 13 October 2026. A variation applies to use of the website after it is published. It does not affect a contract for care which has already been formed, except where the law requires otherwise.
